Welcome to my third Move Overseas Newsletter. I'd like to apologise for the length of time it's been since the last newsletter. I guess I never managed to find the time or inclination before but I'm finally doing so now:~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
December 17th, 2008"All Change - Now Living in Mexico"
It's been just over two years since I last wrote and a lot has happened since, so I'll make a very brief summary just to keep things up to date.
In early 2007 I bought a share in a Cafe-Bar in Turgutreis. In May 2007 Lorraine & I parted company for various reasons & I then went travelling in South East Asia for about 7 months from December 2007. During that time I took two months of a Yoga Teacher Training Course in Thailand. I plan to finish the course in February & March 2009.
I returned to Turkey in July 2008 & due to problems too numerous to mention I gave my share of the bar to my now ex-business partner. I learned a lot of valuable life lessons from that experience!
I left Turkey again in December 2008 heading for Mexico to work at a new Yoga school. I plan to return to Turkey for the summer of 2009.
My Blog is now telling the story of my life overseas. There are several blog entries and lots of pictures of my travels in Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Cambodia & Turkey
In the future I will e-mail you as I post new entries to the blog, so please take a look so you can decide if you'd like to continue to receive these e-mails. Don't worry, I won't bombard you with e-mails. At the most you will receive two per month. If you decide you don't want to receive them, just click the un-subscribe link at the bottom of this e-mail.

Finally, I'd like to ask if you would consider helping me by sharing some information about the Yoga school I'm joining with your family, friends & colleagues. By doing this I think you could help make our world a better place to live. Agama Yoga Mexico offers an amazing 5 week yoga course with 27 hours of practice and theory per week spread over 5 days. The location is phenomenal and we are learning now day by day that it is considered one of the real gems in Mexico: Beach, nature, waves, great foods and ultra affordable. Plenty of basic rooms for $80 to 100 or less a week. The course can be taken in part or in full and our system has not only Yoga Alliance accreditation but attracts people from all over the world and has a competitive draw even in famed yoga/meditation towns like Dharamsala and Rishikesh.
They also offer periodic Meditation retreats & other workshops, the first of which is a silent meditation retreat from 22nd December to January 1st. I will be joining this retreat myself. Further details can be found on the links below.
So, I would be really grateful if you would do all or some of the following:
