b. 28 August 1962 – Bacau, Romania

Swami Vivekananda Saraswati teaches a rare and almost lost Yoga style emphasizing energy awareness, the arousing of the chakras, resonance theory in application, and deep states of consciousness. He’s one of the few teachers today whose specialized expertise also includes authentic sexual Tantra, which is often misunderstood or abused, and the study and practice of Kashmir Shaivism, one of the most exclusive spiritual and metaphysical systems of the East. Vivekananda’s no-nonsense, down-to-earth teachings have a deep practical understanding that allows him to make modern, rational connections between Yoga and metaphysics, science and esoteric Christianity, and Yoga and daily life in the 21st century.
