Puerto Escondido Sunset

Puerto Escondido Sunset

Just broke the juice fast today with some fruits (Papaya and apple) in the morning and a lovely salad in the evening with AVACADO. doris and I prepared it for pete and a visitor (Prem) who joined us for yoga/meditation practice. We all enjoyed the Meal while soaking up the sunset over the pacific coast while sun gazing.

It feels great to have completed this fast and cleansed, being as it was my first, as well as the many benefits I have reaped through the sacrifice.

I am looking forward to the surf tomorrow morning and am enjoying my stay here in Puerto Escondido and The Sanctuary. A new addition that has been suggested, is that every Sunday will be a fasting day, so I'm glad to know we will continue the cleanse, besides the fact that we eat very healthily here regardless.

Thanks to everyone at the sanctuary for the healing support in my spiritual/mental transformation.

On this day of your life.....
by: pete, of the adams family

"On this day of your life, Ben, I believe God wants you to know...
...that you need to make a commitment and, once you make it, then life will give you some answers.

Les Brown said that, and he was right. And making a commitment means more than saying "I'll try." It means saying "I'm all in. I'm totally committed here. Even if the going gets rough. In fact, especially then."

Someone once said, aging puts wrinkles on the body. Quitting puts wrinkles on the soul.

You will not have to think but a second to know
exactly why you received this message today."

Well done Ben, both for completing the fast and for keeping the pen (or keyboard) flowing.

It is a pleasure having you here and we are all glad to share with you & learn from you.

Peace brother.
